Your prices are extremely low. Is your material first quality?
Our business was established to provide 1st quality, running line premium flooring to our customers at the lowest prices anywhere. However, we also sell discontinued, close out or slightly blemished items which are clearly identified at each location.

How can your prices be so much better than other retailers and home centers?
It's simple, we are able to source our products both domestically and from all over the world… in massive quantities. Our flooring comes straight from the manufacture to our huge warehouses. There are no extra expenses to pass on to the customer.

How can I be sure your quality is good?
We are not an outlet or liquidator. Our entire business philosophy revolves around bringing high quality products to our customers at below market prices. We have samples of everything we sell for you to compare with any other product on the market.

Do you carry brands such as Bruce, Dal-Tile and Pergo?
Rarely. These products are sold by retailers and home centers who buy these brands through distributors thereby adding extra cost. We import products that are of equal or superior quality. We provide our customers with brands, looks, and options to which they would otherwise not have access.

What do I do if I have a claim or warranty issue with a product?
Just call us. We will work to get the problem solved quickly and we will be involved with you every step of the way.

How do I clean my new floor?
All of our products come with installation and maintenance information. We carry maintenance products in stock.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
